CITY OF VACAVILLE HAS TWO FIRST TIME BUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS!
The first one called "shared equity" will loan you up to $70,000 in downpayment assistance. These funds will be available in July 2008.
The second program called "first time buyer downpayment assistance" will loan you up to $10,000 in downpayment assistance and is available now for qualified borrowers.
For the shared equity program you must attend one "set" of mandatory first time buyer classes. Class schedule for 2008 will be forthcoming. Classes are given at Town Square Library from 9:00 - 1:00 There is no charge for these HUD approved set of classes. Registration may be required. Contact me and I will get you registered.
